To Increase muscular strength in the waist, back and abdomen.
Position yourself on your back on the apparatus with your lower legs on the foot support. Place your hands behind each ear,
Elevate your upper body gently and recline slowly to the initial position. Repeat time after time.
Alternatively rather than positioning your hands behind the ear cross your arms on your chest and preform the suggested procedure.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
