Carefully place one foot at a time onto each foot plate, grab hold of the handles, push and pull gently while stepping your feet up and down.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
