Sit on the stool provided with your back against the crossbeam of the massager, slowly move the handles up and down creating friction against your back. Alternatively in a standing position hold the two supporting handle bars and slide from side to side against the rollers.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
