To build muscles in the shoulders and abdomen and to strengthen back muscles.
Standing between the bars position yourself in the centre. Place both hands on the upper or lower bars and elevate body pushing down on the bars. Other styles of exercise can be carried out on this apparatus suggested by a qualified health professional.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
