To build muscles in the upper limbs, back and chest muscle groups and to assist with cardio-pulmonary functions.
Sit down on the seat with your back against the rest, take hold of the handgrips with both hands, gently pull them down towards you with full strength and release slowly. Repeat sevrl times.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
