Take the handles with both hands and step onto the foot disc, Gently twist clockwise, then anti clockwise for approx. 30 seconds.
Depending on the physical state of the person, 3 sets of 2 minutes each 5 seconds of rest between series is advised.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
